The Upper Eastside Berlin stands on one of Berlin's most prominent street corners, where Friedrichstrasse meets Unter den Linden. It offers upmarket residential and commercial space right where the heart of Berlin has been beating for the last 100 years, where the vibrant bustle of Germany's capital city merges with the charm of its international guests to create an atmosphere of excitement and inspiration.
With their design for the Upper Eastside Berlin, the architectural offices von Gerkan, Marg und Partner (gmp), Kahlfeldt and Burelli strived to retain the unique character of this locality while at the same time providing a leading-edge place to work. Their intensive collaboration gave rise to five highly individual buildings that together make up a harmonious singularity. The ensemble has 18,000 square metres of exclusive office space and 200 underground parking spaces.
